Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please complete the form, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel to us using the attached address label on the front of the receipt form. We advise all customers to keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 14 days to complete.

Please note that our sale items have a 7 day return policy. This is to enable us to process the return item and put it back into sale online before the sale ends.

If your items were purchased from a non-Sterling and Hunt website, please return your item to the retailer, not to Sterling and Hunt. As we cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from ourselves, Sterling and Hunt Limited. Please note that their terms and conditions may vary from ours.

Unfortunately we are only able to receive returns through the postal service.

We do not cover the cost of returns. To do this, we would have to increase the price of our products, which we would really rather not do.
